In this auction we offer:
I offer a set of SSB, CW, AM quartz filters of the English company Cathodeon.
The filters are intended for use in professional radiocommunication equipment.
They are made in the Mc'Coy arrangement.
The center frequency of the filters is 1.75MHz.
The frequency response of the CW filter is 400Hz.
The frequency response of the SSB filter is 2.7kHz.
The frequency response of the AM filter is 6kHz.
Filters are soldered from brand new apparatus.
These filters have better slope steepness and other parameters than the popular XF-9 or PP9 filters.
I think that these filters are perfect for use in amateur constructions because thanks to the low center frequency you can use a VFO generator operating at a relatively low frequency (greater stability) and at the same time the frequency of 1.75 MHz allows you to easily filter out any undesirable frequencies (mirror frequencies away by 3, 5MHz).
If you do not use the AM filter, you can disassemble it and use the obtained quartz as remote controls.
The attenuation of the filters in the pass band is about 2dB
