Removing the heat at its source (the lamp) is the most efficient way to cool your grow room.  Many growers choose to ventilate their entire garden through the reflector.  Growers utilizing CO2 boosting methods may choose to draw air from outside the grow room, through the reflector, and back out of the grow room in order to reduce the temperature while also retaining the CO2 enriched air in their garden
