DescriptionCondition: Brand new
For those who are worried about galvanic isolation transformer noise! Effective for suppressing reception noise!
By installing it between the receiver and the antenna, it is an isolation transformer dedicated to reception that attenuates artificial reception noise and improves the reception condition.
This is effective for receivers controlled by a PC, such as Perseus receivers, and receivers that use switching power supplies.
Ideal for receiving VLF, LF, and MF bands. It can be used in the entire 40kHz to 30MHz band.
The electrical isolation between the antenna and the receiver protects the receiver from static electricity induced on the antenna.
● How to use
The GT-1 is very easy to use.
Connect the cable from the antenna to the BNC plug on the RX display side to the antenna input of the receiver and to the BNC jack on the side displayed as ANT.
If necessary, connect the conversion adapter or receiver to the GT-1 with a short coaxial cable of about 10 to 20 cm.
GT-1 is an isolation transformer that reduces the influence of noise by blocking the noise caused by the ground loop.
It has no effect on noise caused by causes other than the ground loop and external noise that jumps directly into the antenna.
If you are using a notebook PC and you see noise reduction when using it with batteries, you can expect the noise attenuation effect of GT-1.
