    First class mail is the slowest service that the post office offers and most of our small items that are under in price are shipped this way. I know eBay likes to throw around the word “guaranteed” delivery date but first-class mail is never and has never been guaranteed. It can take anywhere from 2-10 days and during peak times (like Christmas) it can take even longer. Please if you need it faster either select the upgraded shipping or ask us for a quote on faster shipping if the listing doesn’t show it during the check out screen.

    Returns
    Items may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days, after the item is received, unless the specific listing states otherwise. These listing exceptions will be marked in the description portion of the listing above in bold red lettering.
    -No returns on used items, including helmets. Wearing a helmet for 1-2 trips then trying to return it is unacceptable and your return will be rejected if you try to do this.
    -No returns on hats, beanies, and facemasks for hygienic purposes.
    -Clearance items are final sale, no returns. (Exchanges are accepted on clothing clearance items only see "clearance items" for more information).
    -No Returns on large/heavy items such as ATV/Snowmobile bumpers, angle bars, tire racks, tires, etc. So please read the listing and ask any questions before buying.
    -Items must be in original condition & packaging with all tags attached.
    -Any items that are opened or missing packaging (if the item is in a bag with a hangtag or special packaging), missing parts out of the kit (such as screws/nuts/etc.), contain smoke odor, pet hair or anything not in the original new condition will be charged a restock fee.
    -Please package all items with care. If the item is received broken or damaged, due to lack of packing, no refund will be given.
    -We do NOT pay for return shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
    -We strongly recommend using a traceable means of shipment for your returned items as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
    -Original shipping charges are non-refundable (when applicable).
    CLEARANCE ITEMS
    No returns on clearance items, ALL SALES FINAL. Clearance items will be marked "Clearance" in the description in bold red lettering. We lose money on every one of these listings especially with the eBay/PayPal fees and the free shipping so we cannot afford to accept returns on these items.
    The only exception to this would be clearance clothing that can be EXCHANGED ONLY within 14 business days of receiving the item for another item. You will be responsible for return shipping. You must call us or email us to exchange these items. No clearance exchanges will be done through eBay.
    International shipping
    International buyers if your package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, only the purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded. The cost of shipping will not be refunded to you. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, import fees, and customs fees on items shipped internationally are the responsibility of the buyer; they are NOT included in the sale price.
    We will not mark merchandise below value or as "gifts". NO EXCEPTIONS!
